MEET THE MANAGEMENT
Simon Petty
DIRECTOR
Simon is the owner of the business and has worked on and with Porsches all his working life. Simon started his apprenticeship with Porsche in 1988 and progressed to work up to workshop controller over a period of 20 years. Simon then worked for 15 years at an Independent Porsche Specialists. He has a massive experience of all models of Porsche, even working on the air-cooled classics when they were still in production.
Jorden
ACCOUNTS
Jorden has been with Cavendish for 4 years. She takes care of the accounts and the admin side of the business. She also helps alongside Steve when Simon is away from the business.
MEET THE TECHNICIANS
Sam
WORKSHOP FOREMAN
Sam is our Workshop Foreman at cavendish and has been with the company for 12 years, he has 6 years Porsche experience prior to that. He loves everything Porsche and has masses of experience on both air-cooled and water-cooled cars, and the latest SUV range.
Steve
WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN
Steve has been with cavendish for 3 years, prior to cavendish he worked at Volkswagen main Agent. Steve covers for simon when he is away from the business and will meet a lot of our customers when covering. Steve currently drives a 996 Carrera 4 and previously owned a 986 Boxster & a 924. Steve is a true Porsche enthusiast. Steve attends many Porsche meetings and is a member of TIPEC. Steve loves to chat and share his wealth of Porsche knowledge to our customers.
Tim
WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN
Tim joined the cavendish team in 2022, he has been in the motor trade since the late 1980s. Tims long term motor trade experience has proven to be valuable during his time here. Tim is our qualified Porsche Hybrid expert.
Dylan
APPRENTICE
Dylan joined the cavendish team in August 2024 as our apprentice. He attends college one day a week and then 4 days in house training in the cavendish workshop. In his spare time outside work Dylans hobbies are playing rugby, for long Eaton rugby club..
